I’m a senior designer and visual systems lead with 14 years of agency and corporate design under my belt. Over the last decade, I’ve moved fluidly between big, digital-first brand refreshes and the detailed craft of physical packaging and merchandise. I love the collaborative process of working with other creatives to build systems from the ground up, and I’m just as comfortable mentoring junior talent as I am pitching new work directly to key stakeholders..

RE/MAX Visual Identity Re-Engineering (2025): Orchestrated a comprehensive, digital-first redesign of the global RE/MAX identity and logo system within an accelerated 9-week timeline, successfully launching at the international conference in Las Vegas. Developed a pioneering modular framing mechanic that unified corporate assets with agent individuality, driving unprecedented affiliate enthusiasm and brand alignment.
Four Roses Brand Rejuvenation: Led the master brand refresh for the legacy 1888 bourbon house, modernizing the wordmark, visual assets, and premium label packaging. The visual evolution directly fueled massive consumer shifts, resulting in a 100% increase in brand awareness, an 11% increase in brand love/affinity, and served as a foundational driver in a subsequent $775M valuation/acquisition.
Systemic Brand Management: Spearheaded the creation, pitching, and long-term maintenance of robust brand guidelines and design systems for client portfolios spanning telehealth, consumer tech (Groq), fine wine (Duckhorn), and fast-casual enterprises (Del Taco).
Creative Mentorship: Maintained a close, collaborative partnership with the agency’s executive creative directors, while directly managing junior design staff and guiding creative interns to safeguard design continuity.
